For patients without insurance. $500 a year and you will receive:
- 3 periodontal maintenances
- 3 oral cancer screenings completed at your hygiene appointments
- 1 exam with Dr. Julie Beach
- PAN/CBCT/X-rays if needed
- 10% of all services and products

To ensure our patients receive the care they deserve, we participate with Guardian and Excellus and are able to bill most PPO insurance plans.
